Life is an interesting journey to explore, experience and enjoy.

We all tend to resist change and often has an inner fear of uncertainty towards any aspect in life. Only when we consciously put in effort to explore, program our brains to have the right thinking and right mindset, that we would be able to switch ourselves into a better mode to face changes and challenges. And most importantly, embrace those changes that come along in everyday life. Reading is just one of the best ways to explore and add in nutrients for new brain cells to grow, new ideas to evolve. I love how Nicolas Cole wrote, "Reading is a deep look at someone's journey. And if you pick up the right book at the right time, it sounds like they are speaking to you and only you". That's exactly how I'm feeling recently, especially when I needed advice the most, a book is always my best personal advisor.

Learn that those experiences itself, regardless of good or bad, are priceless. Appreciate that it is the main contributor and foundation of who we will become in the future. Some days things could go really wrong, some days good things will come along out of nowhere. Knowing that when we program our mindset to just see an event as an event itself, without perceiving it as "good" or "bad", that is the true mindset that we should have and the attitude that we should exhibit. An event itself would have no meaning unless you add an emotional aspect to it and it all depends on how you perceive it.

Many people are unable to enjoy their life, daily life regardless of whatever situations that they are in.   The sense of gratitude that has been lacking of.  The only way to be contented in life is to make sure your needs don't become greed. A great short story I've read today reminded me on this just on the right time. "A child on a farm sees a plane fly overhead and dreams of flying. But, a pilot on the plane sees the farmhouse and dreams of returning home". Be thankful of whatever that we have, but be careful not to be over contented that you do not challenge yourself out of your comfort zone anymore, and be mindful to have an attitude of gratitude. What are you grateful for today?

"If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude."
